Position Responsibilities:
The client is looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join, and help integrate, a talented, hard-working team of engineers who are responsible for applications that support users across all platforms that make up Maisonette.
The talent will get a chance to collaborate with other engineers in a crossfunctional team, as well as work closely with our product team to create exciting new functionalities.
The focus of the talent will be on helping improve, among other things, the current optimization of the API and DB connections to provide and increasing boost to the frontend segment of the team
The team has a clear CI/CD pipeline and an established roadmap. Alongside this, they work in an agile manner with daily standups.
Must haves:
• Ruby on Rails (+4 years of experience)
• PostgreSQL (+4 years of experience)
• RESTful APIs (+4 years of experience)
• AWS (+4 years of experience) Nice to haves:
• Experience with headless CMS
• Keep attention to testing
Expected length of the engagement:
• 12 months (Extension)
Location/Overlap requirements:
• Fully Remote – Worldwide – 4h daily overlap with EST
Client Budget: $6000 - $8000 per month
