From simple self check-in to boutique bathroom amenities, we bring the best of a hotel without any of the formality.
Project Overview:
• A world-class hotel management system that empowers guests to take full advantage of their stays
• An AI engine to assist our customers.
• Identity verification and improving our fraud detection capabilities
• Streamlined logistics and inventory tracking to bring new buildings online as soon as possible
• Help us grow our new team by interviewing and recruiting new engineers
• Develop a culture of high ownership, innovation, empathy, and collaboration
• Make investments in engineering reliability, productivity, and excellence What we are looking for:
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, building, enterprise-grade or consumer-facing software
• Exceptional coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of high-scale applications
• Searching for language agnostic engineers but a plus if you have experience with Rails, Python, ES6 or React.js/Redux
• Successful track record of shipping large scale projects with multiple dependencies across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Willingness to consistently make culture choices that positively impact all of engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
