What you’ll do:

·        Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance

·        Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales.

·        Maintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market.

·        Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance.

·        Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process.

·        Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with the VP of Sales and Marketing.

·        Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales and Marketing.

·        Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action.

·        Execute specific plans developed in conjunction VP of Sales and Marketing) to drive market/customer penetration (i.e., “grows the business”.

·        Create and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts; ensure timely and thorough follow-up.

·        Ensure that the assigned sector attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace.

·        Compose monthly Communication Report.

·        Perform annual Competition Study.

·        You’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.

 

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

·        8 to 15 years of direct business to business sales management experience

·        Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory

·        Advanced Knowledge of Building Services industry

·        Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)

·        Partnership with other areas of the business (Ops, Fleet, Logistics)

·        Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

How you’ll help us connect the world

We’re now hiring a Sales Manager to drive market share, develop business relationships with our current and targeted new customers, and develop and execute on sales programs.

 

You will be responsible for the whole Hospitality business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) for the Ruckus Networks Business. The sales manager will also support and manage some of our most important hospitality accounts in EMEA.

 

You’ll be responsible for delivering assigned sales quotas. To achieve this, you’ll:

·        Create and execute sales programs to drive growth and deliver go-to-market and account plans

·        Take ownership of pivotal initiatives to differentiate and drive incremental revenue in our hospitality business through end user engagement and account management net-new customer acquisition

·        Working together with our partner managers to ensure alignment and a great end-user customer experience.

·        Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure that our enablement efforts for hospitality are delivered through the lens of a seller

·        Address client issues so that a high degree of client satisfaction is maintained and recommend to management ways to improve the firm’s business as appropriate

 

Required Qualifications for consideration:

·        5+ years in hospitality business with in-depth knowledge of the industry and understanding of the buying journey

·        5+ years experience in sales, especially B2B, with proven ability to build and articulate a compulsive business value proposition for partners and end customers around existing solutions and new products

·        Full professional fluency in German and English
