Responsible to work across the business to identify, track, analyze and document complex accounting issues. The role will have significant visibility to senior leadership and will work alongside many senior members of the accounting, finance, and business teams.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

·         Identify and assess technical accounting issues in complex business transactions and prepare technical memorandums.

·         Work closely with various business leaders to provide guidance on accounting transactions.

·         Assist in reviewing the Company's written accounting policies and providing guidance throughout the organization on the application of such policies.

·         Understand current changes to accounting standards, SEC guidance and PCAOB regulations.

·         Perform impact analysis of new accounting pronouncements (as needed) and lead implementation efforts across the Company.

·         Research and resolve technical accounting issues on a timely basis with the Company's external auditors.

·         Support the Company's external reporting function, ensuring that the financial statements and disclosures are in conformity with the accounting principles generally accepted in the US.

·         Assist with internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely, and accurate responses to information requests.

·         Assist deal teams with pre and post deal-closure activities namely, evaluating accounting implications on various acquisition and disposition transactions pre-close; post deal-close, work with the Corporate Development team and external consultant on performing purchase price accounting exercise.

·         Lead annual impairment analysis for all critical asset categories on the balance sheet i.e., goodwill, long-lived assets (PP&E, leases, intangibles), joint ventures, and other cost method investments.

·         Organize enterprise-wide quarterly trainings on various topics as it relates to US GAAP, internal controls, and SEC matters.

·         Perform other duties as needed.

The roles targeted salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our companies total compensation package for employees.

Niveau de responsabilité:

·        Rôles opérationnels/techniques/support expérimentés. Nécessite une connaissance des procédures opérationnelles et des outils obtenus grâce à l'expérience de travail et peut nécessiter une formation professionnelle ou technique.

·        Bien informé avec des compétences adéquates pour une application indépendante. Activités de travail variées réalisées.

·        Responsabilité individuelle / degré d'autonomie.

·        Conseils limités nécessaires

·        Détient la lettre d'autorisation électrique appropriée. Fonctionne à la fois sur les aspects mécaniques et électriques de l'équipement.

 

Principales responsabilités:

·        Coordonner et entreprendre une gamme d'activités de maintenance dans le cadre de procédures d'exploitation définies

·        Capables de réparer nos générateurs et de les mettre à disposition pour des locations

·        Responsable des réparations plus importantes qui peuvent être limitées ou difficiles à réaliser dans les dépôts, comme le changement de groupes électrogènes, de pompes, de radiateurs et autres, ou des analyses pour savoir où se situe le dysfonctionnement.

·        Effectuer des inspections de sécurité et se conformer au règlement de sécurité d'Aggreko

·        Fournir des conseils techniques de premier niveau aux clients

·        Peut résoudre/dépanner les problèmes de mise en œuvre

·        Effectuer des interventions/révisions mécaniques majeures et l'entretien du système électrique selon des intervalles d'entretien définis et conformément aux procédures d'exploitation standard et aux instructions de travail

·        Effectuer des dépannages mécaniques et électriques intermédiaires et des diagnostics de pannes

·        Assurer l'achèvement des réparations mineures et des révisions majeures dans les délais, conformément aux normes et dans les limites des budgets convenus pour les réparations spécifiques et les budgets généraux du service.

·        Aider, soutenir et former l'équipe de service.

·        Installation et mise en service intermédiaires, par exemple la mise en service de plusieurs générateurs à auvent ou d'un seul générateur conteneurisé pour la distribution BT/HT.

 

Nous sommes des experts, ce qui signifie que vous aurez les compétences et l'expérience suivantes:

·        Niveau au moins équivalent à un BAC PRO technique : diplôme électricien / électrotechnicien / électromécanicien

·        Avoir une licence de chariot élévateur

·        Expérience professionnelle minimum de 3 ans dans un domaine en relation avec nos métiers.

·        Connaissances électriques indispensables.

·        Permis de conduire B valide indispensable.

·        Excellente communication en Français (Anglais est un plus)
