Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to contribute to the development of high-quality mobile games for iOS and Android platforms. In this hands-on role, you'll primarily work with Node.js, encompassing both SQL and NoSQL databases. Your focus will be on constructing adaptable solutions and systems utilized across our portfolio of 10+ games.
This position entails working with Firebase, Google Cloud, and AWS, alongside various libraries, systems, and services to fortify the technological backbone of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small, positive-minded team to achieve objectives.
- Develop backend interfaces and internal tools using Node.js and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Architect technical server-side systems aligned with product specifications.
- Collaborate with the product manager to craft tools for game data management.
- Integrate shared software and services in conjunction with fellow engineers.
- Manage infrastructure-related tasks without dedicated DevOps support.
- Oversee code deployments to Google Cloud and AWS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Node.js, NoSQL, and SQL.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Firebase is advantageous.

- Base salary ($90-$175K) with potential team performance bonuses.
