Job Purpose:

Are you skilled in managing rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling systems? Do you aspire to refine your engineering prowess with a forward-thinking organization?

 

As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to enhance asset reliability by identifying and rectifying defects. From preventive maintenance to proactive equipment installations, you'll play a vital role in optimizing operational efficiency. Join our team in executing tasks ranging from basic part replacement to advanced troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment configuration and setup.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-          Implementing reliability excellence initiatives and identifying value creation opportunities.

-          Developing and installing predictive maintenance programs aligned with operational procedures.

-          Conducting technical evaluations of projects and collaborating with relevant departments on equipment reliability specifications.

-          Identifying and addressing equipment reliability issues and optimizing equipment availability.

-          Providing guidance to maintenance and production teams on reliability processes and critical spare parts identification.

-          Independently resolving complex issues and escalating when necessary.

 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

-          Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

-          Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-          Familiarity with maintenance process management.

-          Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling systems.

-          Experience conducting complex tests and analysis.

-          Proficiency in predictive maintenance technologies.

-          Knowledge of SAP software.
