As the lead platform DevOps engineer, you wield your technical prowess to drive mission-critical transformation. Guiding your team, you leverage the latest cloud technologies to enhance client environments with state-of-the-art container solutions, ensuring seamless orchestration. Your proficiency in DevOps platforms informs strategy and design, ensuring adherence to standards throughout the containerization journey.

 

You'll recommend resources to facilitate client container management and security adoption, while also honing your DevOps skills and supporting the development of pivotal cloud platforms. Given the sensitive nature of our work, U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.

Requirements:

 

- Over 8 years of experience in developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and release deployment across environments.

- Extensive experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or performance slowdowns.

- Proficiency in developing, managing, and securing enterprise cloud-native solutions using containers.

- Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team setting.

- Proficiency in Kubernetes administration and application deployment paradigms.

- Familiarity with AWS Security services such as GuardDuty, Macie, Detective, and Inspector.

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Ability to automate tasks comprehensively.

- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps, or related fields, in lieu of a degree.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure.

- Proficiency in creating and enhancing continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.

- Experience in creating and enhancing continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.

- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.

- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering-related skills, including observability stack.

- Knowledge of GRC, specifically around FedRAMP or PCI-DSS.

- Experience with Grafana, Helm, Service Mesh, AWS, CDK, and TypeScript.

- Experience operating in a regulated environment with an Authority to Operate (ATO).

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Linux Shell Script.
